Ruth Landsman has been studying yoga since 1992. She left a 20 year career in high tech to teach yoga.

Ruth teaches Kali Ray TriYoga� at TriYoga Boston and at various locations in the Newton/Waltham area. TriYoga is a flowing, meditative style of yoga designed to unite breath and mind with the precise natural alignments of flowing and sustained postures. This method is systematic, so students may progress from the basics to advanced levels as they increase their flexibility, strength, endurance, and knowledge.

Camel Position

Ruth has studied several styles including Kali Ray TriYoga, Kripalu, Ashtanga, and Iyengar. She has studied with many teachers, including Kali Ray, Richard Freeman, David Life and Sharon Gannon, Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea, David Swenson, Patricia Walden, Beryl Bender and Tom Birch and others.

She is certified as a Kali Ray TriYoga Basics, Level 1 and Level 2 teacher and has completed advanced teacher training workshops with Kali Ray and others. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an ERYT500. Ruth has been teaching chair yoga since 2002 and has trained others to teach. She received her Yoga Therapy Certification in March 2017.
